Lori: The report is being reviewed tonight by the Mayor and City Council. I anticipate the option of referring the payroll audit to the State Attorney for review is one of the many alternatives to be discussed. Roger Smith leave balances include 240 hours of sick leave and 326 hours of vacation leave.
