Mr. Kisela,
We had discussed that it would be looked into about right of way to clean the storm drain(s) on Cove and Gailen. You said that someone would look to see what drainage they should have as some was filled in and been destroyed over the years. Has anyone contacted the residents or HOA, as they have city utilities. I believe a city employee lives at at the corner of Gladys and Cove.
We had also discussed the elevation of Spruce Creek Road in that it has been over paved and is now the same elevation as our house which was built to be higher than the road. I am certain that this has been a factor in the flooding of Cove/Gailen and our property and home. You had said it would be looked at to have the road milled when it gets resurfaced. When is this on the schedule? I noticed in the CIP milling and paving in the area can this be extended or moved sooner?
