Suspects named in Deltona taxi carjacking

VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. —
Volusia County sheriff’s investigators said they have identified a man and woman wanted in connection to Sunday’s carjacking of a cab driver in Deltona.
Investigators said they are looking for Michael Fisher, 17 and Bijan Nicole Guy, 23, both from Deltona.
According to investigators, Fisher and Guy forced a cab driver, at gunpoint, to drive them to Orange City.
Investigators said the driver pretended to have engine trouble and pulled into a service station. After opening the hood of the car, the driver ran from the car and called 911.
Investigators said the car was hot-wired and later found abandoned in Sanford.
Fisher and Guy have connections to the Deltona, Orange City and Sanford areas, according to investigators. They said the two are considered armed and dangerous.
Both are wanted on warrants charging them with armed carjacking, kidnapping and witness tampering.
