Police: Man who robbed teens in South Daytona turns self in

SOUTH DAYTONA, Fla. —South Daytona police said a man who robbed two teenagers last week has surrendered to authorities.

Kevin Cutlip, 23, is accused of pulling a gun on a 17-year-old and an 18-year-old as they rode skateboards on Chicago Avenue.
Cutlip allegedly told them it was a .45 and demanded their cash and cellphones. He then told them to run.
The victims recognized Cutlip’s face and distinctive neck tattoo. He turned himself in Monday night
