The Port Orange Spruce Creek girls swim team won the Five Star Conference Swimming and Diving Championships for the 21st-consecutive year on Saturday, according to the Orlando Sentinel.
Port Orange Spruce Creek’s boys teams isn’t far behind, winning the same championship meet for the 20th-consecutive time.
In the girls meet, junior Marlena Pigliacampi won two events (100 fly, 500 free) with the fastest conference times of the season, and diver Kristen Gaines won by more than 45 points.
In the boys meet, sophomore Victor Toth won two events (100 and 200 free), and Matthew Serra was the only freshman to win an event (100 back).
