Port Orange Bus Stop Benches
What ever happened to the instruction from the Council to the City Manager to come up with an alternate solution for the Bus Stop Benches in Port Orange?
Greg,
Well at least I pointed out the ones that were inches from the curb, and followed through till they were moved or removed. I had also spoke about these issues of placement and ADA compliance.

To all: FYI. We will review to see if we have accessibility issues and a corrective plan will be developed.

Attached you will find two letters: one addressed to you and one we sent to the City of Deltona.
We recently inspected bus benches and bus stops located in Deltona maintained by Waverly Media LLC. We discovered that the benches and stops that we inspected were not ADA compliant. Kindly review the two letters that we have attached for information that affects your agency. We will soon be inspecting bus benches and stops in your jurisdiction.
We are available to speak to you. Please feel free to contact us.
