Since our last “discussion” and my displeasure over the water policy of shutoff without notification I’ve received nothing in the mail about my current water bill status, whom might I contact to see why this has happened?
PS: Last week the storm drain clean out process apparently had begun, I have a storm drain at the end of my driveway, my question is twofold:
1. Is there a second schedule clean out scheduled prior to May/June?
2. If not, why were they cleaned prior to all of the leaves that fall in March/April and clog up the drainage system?
