Cypress Head Golf BoardI wanted to remind you of the commitment Manager Kisela made at last evening’s special meeting of Council to have his Finance director provide a detailed explanation as to the circumstances that required an increase in the loan balance owed by the Golf Course to the Water and Sewer fund.The discussion last evening was very confused with reference to three cash accounts and everything being ok as long as they were in the black or something to that effect.
I have not seen the promised explanation and am wondering if everything is on the up and up with these accounts, And if this has anything to do with the City’s bank accounts not having been reconciled on a monthly basis for most of last year??
