Sheriff Johnson,
Earlier this week a water outage in Port Orange caused a boil water notice for the entire city and Ponce Inlet, Wilber by the Sea and most of Daytona Beach Shores. The Reverse 911 expected by myself and many residents that have spoken with me about this, never came. I know for myself that I have signed up on 2 different occasions. I received no alert of the boil notice or that it had been dropped. Last night I again signed up one the website and still today have not received the Email confirmation or text message that it said I should expect.
