What Is Going On Here? Reeks of cover-up!
Promised Information Not Forthcoming
Good afternoon Robin and Margaret,
This information Mike Gardner is requesting the was previously requested back on June 30th .
This delay in what we were advised would be received “ any day now “ nearly a month ago reeks of cover-up, AND word on the street is that it is linked to improprieties surrounding the missing fill dirt / reclaimed lake excavation.
What is going on here, AND when will these records be produced.

Dear Robin,
At the Jun 24, 2014 meeting of the City Council, Margaret Roberts stated that she expected to receive “any day now” a draft of an administrative consent order from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. At the same meeting, Greg Kisela stated that he would have available by the end of the week “the administrative order relating to these improvements and the budgetary dollars that have been budgeted to address those improvements.”
Would you please send me a copy of that information and any responses by the City so far to the administrative order?
Thank you,
Mike Gardner

Please see attached documents from Public Utilities. It is my understanding that the “Administrative Order” (Consent Order) has not been received by Staff at this point.
Thanks,
Robin

Good morning Robin,
Item 29a Domestic Wastewater Facility Permit was discussed at the June 19th 2014 Council meeting.
At the end of that meeting Manager Kisela was instructed to provide, and he agreed to provide by Friday June 27th information including a timeline as regards the “Obligation of the City” and an “ Administrative Order” compelling the City undertake certain unspecified “required improvement” that was suggested “could cost hundreds of thousands if not millions “.
Could you remind the Manager, and the Mayor that embarrassment aside this information must be released.

I suggest you search to find out what silent partnerships with land development LLC”s or construction developers he is affiliated with. You might start with Buddy Lacoutr. This may be difficult because as a public official, Allen Green can have his public records of business interests and affiliations blocked. If you can successfully penetrate this barrier and are able to find out his silent partnerships then you must find out their development or land conditioning activities they were involved in during the period of time the dirt was unacounted for and when Parker and Smith threatened to fire Mr. Woodman when he was trying to protect the citizen’s interests. If you are able to make a connection of some kind between any company that Green is affiliated with and the unaccounted for use of any of this dirt then you may have enough to get Pam Bondi involved. If that transpires I would think that Lori Brown would also become quite interested. Hopefully you are successful in getting to the bottom of this. If anything substantive is uncovered and it justifies an inquiry from the State Attorne”s office hopefully they will be able to depose Green, Parker, and Smith.
I too was thinking along those lines. After many years of free reign, someone might have gotten sloppy with avoiding a paper trail.
Is the stoic City Attorney Ms. Roberts yet another part of the ongoing problems and one that is due a pink slip ?
I’m not so sure the Council would giver her a vote of confidence as of late.
I think she was trying to cover her ass during the Lacour RaRaRally by disclosing the bond obligations. She is probably cognizant of her fiduciary obligations to the Florida bar. She is probably having as much difficulty walking that razor edge tightrope representing Allen Green as John Gottie’s celebrity lawyer had to navigate. Hopefully Margaret redeems her integrity and extricates herself from this dog and pony show before the volcano breaks.
I understand that people are trying to get answers, but does the city stop and just answer to a few people without being able to do there normal duties??? Sometimes it takes longer than expected. To say it is a cover up is just trying to fuel a fire that may not exsist. I remember reading a bunch of negitive comments about the mayor over some no u turn sign and how he sent selected people to convience dot to do it. Then i saw a message from the police chief saying it wasnt true, which by the way had no comments. Is it ok to make false alligations about anything you like? Just wondering. Anyway, i do believe in keeping an eye on the Government, just not trying to make anyone look bad without the facts, and before you reply and say ” all we want are the facts” remember this. Just because you think your opinion is very important doeant mean you should try to manipulate it into truth. If i was to believe some bloggers on here, then i would have said wow the mayor made people go to dot and demand a no u turn sign be put up when that was not the truth at all. Well thats if and i do believe it to be true the police chief was being honest.
dear concerned, I think you have the right approach to speculation. Speculation is not truth, and sometimes speculation is put forth, and the reader mistakes it for proposing a fact. I speculate that perhaps Green wanted to do something for Target’s to have easy access to their guests. You know target does not have consumers, they have guests. I have always thought that u turn was dangerous, and I wonder how many rear end accidents happened east of the u turn intersection because of traffic ahead trying to avoid a colision with a u turner.
