.if Allen Green built the job new on 3-20-1992???? I copied and pasted the Samuels entry from City’s website…no detail that tells why the roof was added so soon after Green built the job on 3-20-1992. Does anyone know?

We knew about the 1991 and 1992 original golf course construction costs of about $4.2+ million. I was not here in 1991 and it is doubtful that the records still exist from this time period. Even so, I think we can assume that all City Purchasing, Bid process and City Council approvals were properly done. It would be appropriate to question the process after the City took a more active role with the Golf Course in 2001 though. I believe that the City Council approval process kicks in at $25,000.00. I would hope that this $25,000.00 was not being circumvented by issuing a series of purchases to stay under the limit.

Didn’t the owner of New Horizon’s Construction Company run for City Council against Scott Stiltner this past election?
Yes.
Why else would there be three different entries on 11/3 ? The three combined exceed the 25k threshold requiring council approval. Seems blatently clear. And now we further see New Horizons Construction wanted a slot on the council too. Too many inconsistencies and conflicts throughout the years have slipped by.
Allen Green was Vice Mayor at the time of his construction of the Clubhouse …correct?

Seems like New Horizons Construction’s John Boy John Boy Junco is not opposed to a bit of good old fashion graft compliments of the Mayor.
To Just Saying: Low blow you delivered there with “graft”. Unfortunately it’s all legal in the business world and its ally, politics. Someone just told me the other day we have to remember all the good things guys like Mayor Green have done for this city. I don’t know, somehow I take the “good things” as that’s the way it ought to be, and the other things which are on the negative side “not good things”. Is it a matter of perspective or a bias?
