Poorly run clubhouse / restaurant. Revenues consistently down, rounds of golf played down, expenses up.
How long will this go on ? They consistently can’t pay on the loan over the past decade. It won’t get any better as illustrated by statements from Kemper upper management that golf nationwide is fading fast.
Time to seek ways for the city and taxpayers to get out of this game.
