Good morning!
I just wanted to follow up on my email communication of last week to determine when I might expect the requested information and or presentation. Please know that I am in fact expecting either the information requested (which does not exist) or the City of Port Orange’s resolution to the issue along with discussion to eliminate these issues from occurring in the future and formal apology in the public forum. I believe that my request is more than reasonable and quite fair. I would assume that if I hear nothing, then I should pursue other avenues.
If you would be so kind as to let me know the expected date, I would greatly appreciate it.
