    I don’t see anything to justify pouring tons of money into this place. Kemper uses the excuse of needed upgrades on the course, carts, equipment and clubhouse, yet they are not on the hook if the entire business doesn’t turn around.
    Also telling is that the account manager (Ricardo) is bowing out and turning the sinking ship over to another victim. The Kemper Corporation as a whole has stated that golf is on a downhill slide.
    Our Council has this one opportunity to make a prudent decision and live with their decision for a long time. For some it may be their legacy and political career at stake.
