Allen_GreenMayor Allen Green Dear Resident:
We have developed this short survey to get your input on the different programs and services the city provides. Your participation is vital to the success of Port Orange. Please take a few minutes to complete the survey. March 10, 2015, is the last day you can provide your input.
Your responses will give the city a better understanding on how we perform and which quality of life issues are important to you. They will also assist the city in budgeting and planning for the future of our great community.
Survey results will be linked to the city’s web site (www.port-orange.org) and presented to the City Council. In addition, copies will be made available for review in the City Clerk’s office and at the Port Orange Regional Library reference desk.
If you have any questions concerning this survey or its results, please feel free to contact our Interim Assistant City Manager Alan Rosen at 386-506-5501.
Thank you for participating.
Sincerely,
Allen Green, Mayor

    Question
what is keeping people from completing the survey more than once? This is not a good idea at all. I have no problems with surveys but what you find out is that only certain people will take the survey. Those that hate what the city is doing will be the largest portion not because they are the majority but because they are the ones that will fill out the survey more than once. Yes I am suggesting that people will fill it out multiple times. so the numbers and findings will be screwed.

Absolutely nothing. I have filled out 11 surveys on various computers already.

That is the reason why this survey is stupid and will not change anything. When the data you get is tainted it is worthless.
