Here’s a guy who definitely should be fired or do the decent thing and retire. If he knows nothing, nothing then what do we need him for, especially since he is receiving a six figure salary? He knows PLENTY.
To Ted Noftall and Citizens for a Better Port Orange. Please don’t let this request for Fred Griffins archived Emails slide. They will probably produce some interesting information…..unless of course they suddenly disappear which often happens in Port Orange. He was the city engineer involved in this project and definitely knows who is responsible for deleting the berm.Don’t let him lie his way out of this one.

Green and QLH kept him around all these years because he was larcenous enough to place the City rubber stamp of approval on their misdeeds over and over again for the few crumbs they left on the table for him to gobble up..
The question is whether he is stupid enough to take the fall for Green and QLH and trust that they will intervene to save his worthless carcass one more time.
He is already banned from Council Chambers for life for his lying performance regarding the filter for the reclaimed lakes and Andy Neff doesn’t want to be in the same building with him so is Freddies next spot going to be on the street or a desk in the back of the warehouse.
BTW does anyone think it was a coincidence that Mayor Green had the reclaimed water line going to his property on Jackson Street cut and capped last week.
Looks more and more like Ted and the Citizens for a Better Port Orange are slowly showing these taxpayer rustlers for what they are and in 2016 they will be showing them the door.

If every improvement he’s done to his property compliments of the City fo Port Orange was revealed he’d be behind bars wearing an orange jumpsuit. What goes around comes around Mr. Green Jeans. Ted was wrong calling Freddie ” Peg leg “. He should have called him ” Peg Head ” Freddie is a total idiot, and a payroll thief to boot. The $ 33,000 they ‘ pegged ‘ him with stealing through fraudulent payroll time cards is what he was referring to when he said answering questions the last time cost him $ 27,000
Totally unacceptable! The project manager knows nothing about the berm. I think not. Hell he doesn’t even know who his supervisor is. What a joke! The mayor spoke at a council meeting like an expert and referenced the difficulty in obtaining private property to build the berm. He even said he spoke to the land owner. Fast forward and now he knows nothing. The city has half a dozen engineers making 6 digit income and are useless. What have they ever designed? All we do is hire consultants and implement nothing. A secretary could call a consultant no need for overpaid engineers if we don’t use them. The new Public Works Engineer is right on board. He said we need to hire a professional to evaluate and design a post on one of our roadways. Here save yourself a phone call. Go to http://www.coralsales.com. Take a look at the trinity CASS cable guard rail. Problem solved. How many city engineers does it take to design a post to put in the ground? None they would need a consultant, a design engineer, and someone to dig the hole. It’s time for CHANGE and accountability. If this berm investigation is accepted shame on all.
