Mayor and Councilmembers,
Mr. Harden, other staff members and I met with representatives from Parkwood last week. The Parkwood representatives have agreed to provide the city with three historical legal documents on May 29 and to provide the city proposed alternatives for changes to the billing on Julye 12. The certified letter from Parkwood has been received by several city officials and employees. Please do not respond or sign any documents without city attorney review and advice. Thank you.
