Ooops | Water Billings Still Not Fixed

Last month you told me that the issue of bills going out before the due date of the previous bill and showing a past due amount was going to be adjusted.  I wanted to take a second to let you know that it has not yet been adjusted. I can only imagine that as it did for me this is adding to the volume of customer service calls and inquires, unnecessarily burdening staff.
My Due date for this month is 7/20 I sent electronic payment was sent on the 15th and yet my e-notification and net bill show a past due.
