Hi Cindy, as we discussed today, we can support the City with the independent evaluation/review and modeling as referenced in Mr. Harden’s letter (attached). In addition to our active contract for Volusia County and previous East Volusia Regional Water Authority (EVRWA) Nova Road Canal study work referenced in the letter, for full disclosure, it should be noted that CDM Smith has other ongoing contracts as a team partner with Pegasus, and QLH was part of our team for the EVRWA project.
As per our discussion today, you will call me at my cell number tomorrow at 8:30 AM (904-614-0860) to discuss specifics of the review (scope, budget, schedule, and contract mechanism). Thank you!

Hi Cindy, sorry for the delay. We are still clarifying potential conflicts of interest and will need another week to respond.
As an update, we have word back from Judy Grim that Volusia County does not have concerns about our support, and we are checking for others to confirm. Also, you reference our contract with Volusia County in your letter, but the County prefers not to use that mechanism, so we would need to establish a separate contract with Port Orange if we can support.
Mr. Eric Grotke (our Client Service Leader for the area – copied here) will be responding to confirm if we can, or cannot, support.
Please call or e-mail us with any questions, thank you!

Hey, Pegasus Engineering never disclosed this type of information when the City Manager hired them to investigate the QLH project Snafu , Now we find out that Pegasus was a team player and collaborated with QLH Engineering on other public contracts. WTF !
