Rationality and professional principles can’t even dwell in the world of Port Orange City government.
It is all such an insult to the most basic reasoning and rationality, and a disservice to this multi million tax supported institution, that the more is said to protest such self-serving financial profit devices, the more we indulge in a discourse about the city of Port Orange government putting aside reality for a wizard of Oz, Alice in Wonderland kind of world. “Unbelievable” does not even approach or do justice to this colossal scam of citizens perpetuated by city government and certain embedded financial agencies.
So diabolical and insulting it all is.
