Very simple – let the residents (voter) make this decision via referendum.

Dr. Larkin is my son’s Orthodontist and I would listen to him before I listen to a retired professor who I don’t know and have no dealings with. Dr. Larkin made a great point in the paper when he said just put it on the ballot and let the voters decide. Then we have something to stand on. Let’s see what happens. With so many other things that need attention in the city this seems to be low on the pole to me. I would rather see the council actually work on something important. My kids see the dentist on a regular basis and my oldest sees Dr. Larkin for his braces, both have good teeth and no cavities so does this really help or hurt me? I don’t know but just put it on the ballot and get it over
