I have done some research on this fluoride issue and found a link to the ADA site. It states toothpaste is the best treatment. Fluoride dietary supplements are available as well but only by prescription from your doctor. You must somehow calculate how much fluoride you take in from workplace, dining out, travel, and your community water system. Seems like some of us may be exceeding the recommended dose.
