A Deltona woman is accused of pushing her ill husband out of his chair, ripping his oxygen mask off and punching a 7-year-old in the chest.

Kelly Billings, 38, was arrested at a home on Banbury Avenue on Wednesday night after her 68-year-old husband said she came home in a drunken rage. According to police, Billings started throwing the 7-year-old’s toys, and then, when the child started to cry, Billings allegedly punched her.
Her 68-year-old husband said Billings then turned on him, pushing him from a chair and ripping off his oxygen mask. He said he could not get up on his own because of a debilitating medical condition
